About us
Empower52 is an organization that prioritizes the whole person. We provide tailored programs to ensure that our partners have the toolbox to build the ideal ecosystem necessary to set their individuals and teams up for success. Empower52 uses researched-based practices to create relevant professional learning that empowers stakeholders to reach their optimum potential.

What we do:
We provide strategies for partners that facilitate opportunities to build complete relationships and psychologically safe environments. We have worked with hundreds of partners to change their perceptions about the way we view employee engagement, which gives teams more opportunities to reach their optimal potential.
Our approach is inquiry based. We collaborate with partners to actively identify areas of opportunity and growth, while simultaneously highlighting the sustainable practices that already exist in the organization. We discuss the goals, with our partners, which have been set forth, and we consistently search for feedback, determining if adjustments need made to the established plan. We are flexible, goal oriented, and in our hearts, the number one priority human-centered experiences. We support organizations to prioritize on the highest leverage systems and build the complimentary the systems around it. Our goal is to provide our partners with the tools to build positive relationships, which can increase employee engagement.

Our process
Our team uses a date-driven inquiry-based approach. We gather survey data from employees and community members to identify areas of success and areas of opportunities. Then we collaborate with leadership liaisons, employees, leadership, and even the community to establish attainable goals to build flexible cultures and psychologically safe environments.
We believe that true learning is achieved, not through transactional relationships, but through building positive, strong relationships with employees. No one individual comes to us with identical needs, or with identical experiences. So, we honor those lived experiences and hone them to propel growth.
Values
It takes a village. We leverage the knowledge of our partners and the things that have been working to identify the goals and the vision of the school. We appreciate diverse opinions because we honor diverse perspectives that bring us all together.
Curiosity sparks innovation, which leads to innovative answers. We want our partners to model the skill of asking questions so that they can instill it in students.
Relationships don’t just happen in our building, but the community outside the building also needs to be included. Building relationships with the outside community builds trust, further allowing us to build trust and awareness from inside out.
We believe that every student has the ability to learn and grow, and they all deserve the opportunity to do so. We collaborate to get diverse perspectives from inside of the building and outside in the community as well. One perspective cannot decide what is best for all stakeholders.
