Our process
Our team’s approach to identifying areas of success and opportunities for improvement is based on a data-driven inquiry-based method that has proven effective repeatedly. We understand the importance of feedback from our employees and community members, so we take their opinions seriously and collect survey data to ensure that we meet their needs.
Our team then collaborates closely with leadership liaisons, employees, leadership, and the community to establish achievable goals promoting flexible cultures and psychologically safe environments. We strongly believe that authentic learning can only be achieved when positive, strong relationships are built with employees. We believe that every student has the ability to learn and grow, and they all deserve the opportunity to do so. We collaborate to get diverse perspectives from inside of the building and outside in the community as well. One perspective cannot decide what is best for all stakeholders.
